With a degree from the College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning from the University of Cincinnati but wanting to live a simpler life I moved to the mountains of Northern California to continue in the design world as an independent artisan, with the freedom to live a simpler life. 

I wanted to create the kind of jewelry that fit my active lifestyle, and the lifestyle of the women around me, so, in 1998 Linda Trent Jewelry was born.
